100x Ledger for agencies
Your clients ask what the AI earns.
Show them, under your brand.
You build the AI. Ledger proves it pays: revenue booked, bookings made while your client was closed, and the all-in cost of each one. One dashboard per client, your logo on it, a Monday email in their inbox.

How it works
Three steps per client. About 5 minutes on Twilio or Vapi.
No new app for your team, no change to your client’s phone line, no data project. You connect it once; Ledger does the counting every day after.
- 1
Create the client’s workspace
Name it, pick the job their AI does, and say what counts as a win: a booking, a lead, an answer.
- 2
Connect it
Paste one link into Twilio or Vapi, or add one line to the code. The client’s number and replies stay exactly as they are.
- 3
Your client sees the money
Your branded dashboard with what the AI won and what each win cost, and a Monday email with five numbers and three things to do.
What your clients see
Six jobs. Each with the numbers it is paid for.
Live from the demo workspaces, refreshed through the day. Every business here is made up. Your clients’ own numbers look like this from their first conversation.

Why Ledger
Why Ledger is the best on the market.
Other tools measure the machine. Ledger measures the money. We read the public pages of more than 60 products on 25 Oct 2026. None puts these six together.
- 01
Measures any vendor’s AI
Built-in reports see only their own assistant. Ledger reads WhatsApp through Twilio, calls through Vapi and any assistant in code, whoever built it. One view for every client, whatever you built them on.
- 02
Revenue, and the all-in cost of every win
Not tokens. Not messages. What the AI booked, and what each booking cost. In the four kinds of tool we checked, we found no other product that shows both.
- 03
Bookings made while closed
Every booking taken after hours, with its value. The number that sells the renewal, on the first screen.
- 04
A Monday email for the owner
Five numbers and three things to do, every Monday at 09:00. Your client reads it without logging in.
- 05
No-code WhatsApp and phone
Paste one link into Twilio or Vapi. The tools built for engineers need a developer and their code. Ledger needs neither.
- 06
Built in Dubai, for the Gulf
Prices in AED and hours on Dubai time. Arabic names and numbers are masked before anything is stored, and Arabic conversations are read and summed up like English ones. Screens and reports are in English.

Four kinds of tool. One question they leave open.

See the named comparisonCan I put my own brand on it?
Yes. Your logo and colours on the dashboard each client opens. Your client sees your agency, with Ledger in the background.
Can one client ever see another client’s data?
No. Every client is its own workspace, and every table is locked to its own business. A test on every release checks that no business can read another’s rows. Phone numbers, names, emails and card numbers are masked before anything is stored, and transcripts are deleted after 90 days.
How will billing work after the pilot?
The pilot is free: no card, no contract, switch it off any time. Before it ends we agree a partner rate with you. Nothing is charged until you have said yes to it.
Which tools can I connect?
WhatsApp through Twilio and phone calls through Vapi, with no code. Any AI assistant written in JavaScript or TypeScript, with one line. Anything else sends its events to one Ledger web address with a key. Tell us what your clients run on: it decides which connection we build next.
How long does setup take per client?
About 5 minutes on Twilio or Vapi, with no code. In code, one line to wrap the AI client and one line for the win. The first conversation shows up within seconds. On your first 3 clients, the 100x team does it with you.
Does it slow my clients’ AI down?
No. Twilio and Vapi send Ledger a copy after the fact, so the assistant answers exactly as fast as today. If Ledger is ever down, the assistant carries on.
Your next client will ask what the AI earned.
Have the answer on day one.
Free during the pilot. Unlimited client workspaces. Your brand on every dashboard. Done with you on your first 3 clients.
