Ledger guide
Connect in 5 minutes
Ledger shows what your AI assistant does for your business: the conversations, the wins, and what each one cost, all in. Three choices and you are live.
1. Pick your route
How does your assistant talk to customers today? Pick the one that fits. You can add another route later.
Not sure? If you use Twilio or Vapi, take their route: no code. Anything else, take the code route.
2. Pick what your assistant does
In setup step 1 you tell Ledger what your assistant does. That choice decides the numbers on your dashboard. Step 2 asks what counts as a win; Ledger suggests one for each type, and you can change it.

- On your dashboard: conversations, wins, the all-in cost per conversation and per win, and how many went to your team, and why.
- Once Ledger has read your conversations: unhappy customers, top topics, and the questions your assistant could not answer.
