import { Ledger } from "@100x/ledger";
const ledger = new Ledger(); // LEDGER_KEY
// 1. The one line: every reply measured
const ai = ledger.wrap(yourAiClient);

100x builds the AI that answers customers for businesses in Dubai. On one live 100x client, 43% of customer messages arrive outside 09:00–18:00. Ledger is how you see what those hours are worth.
Founded by a two-time Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer who drove $150M+ in revenue with AI.
How it works
Three steps. No project.
No new app for your team, no change to your phone line, no data team. You connect it, Ledger does the counting.
- 1
Connect
Paste one link into Twilio or Vapi. No code. Or add one line to the code that runs your AI.
- 2
Pick its job
Booking, phone, support, leads, website chat or your team. Say what counts as a win.
- 3
See the money
Wins, their value and the all-in cost of each one. Every figure opens to the conversations behind it.
Any AI assistant
Six jobs. Each measured by what it is paid for.
Not messages sent. Not an “AI score”. Pick what your AI does and Ledger shows the numbers that job is worth. Tap one to open its demo.

Connect
One link, or one line.
On Twilio or Vapi you paste a link and tick two boxes. In code you wrap the client you already use. Your Ledger link and key are in your workspace once you are invited.
WhatsApp through Twilio. No code.
- 1In the Twilio Console, open Event Streams → Manage → Create → New sink.
- 2Choose Webhook, paste your Ledger link, set Method to POST.
- 3Create a subscription for that sink. Tick Inbound Message → Received and Outbound Message → Sent.
- 4Send a WhatsApp message to your number. It shows in Ledger within seconds.
Your replies keep working exactly as before. Twilio sends Ledger a copy of each message.
Every step, in the setup guidePhone calls through Vapi. No code.
- 1In Vapi, add a Bearer Token credential called Ledger, with your Ledger token.
- 2Open your assistant → Advanced. Paste your Ledger link as Server URL and pick the Ledger credential.
- 3Under Server Messages, keep only end-of-call-report. Publish.
- 4Make a test call. It shows in Ledger when the call ends.
Already use a server URL? Keep it, and forward the end-of-call report with five lines.
Every step, in the setup guideAny AI assistant written in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- 1Add the @100x/ledger package. During the pilot, 100x sends it to you.
- 2Put your LEDGER_KEY in your environment. Never commit it.
- 3Wrap the AI client you already use. One line.
- 4Record the win where it happens. One more line.
import { Ledger } from "@100x/ledger";
const ledger = new Ledger(); // LEDGER_KEY
// 1. The one line: every reply measured
const ai = ledger.wrap(yourAiClient);
// 2. The money line: where a win happens
ledger.outcome({ win: "booking", value: 390 });Ledger sends in the background and never throws an error into your app.
Every step, in the setup guideThe dashboard
Your dashboard, set to the job.
Live from the demo workspaces, refreshed through the day. Your own numbers look like this from your first conversation.
One email on Monday
Your week. Five numbers. Three things to do.
No login, no dashboard habit to build. At 09:00 on Monday: what your AI won, what it cost, and the three fixes worth making.
Something goes wrong mid-week? A cost jump, a run of unhappy customers, a hand-off nobody picked up. You get an alert, not a surprise at month end.

- 1. Families asked for the winter camp dates 3 times this week. Publishing them lets the assistant take camp bookings before the holidays.
- 2. Customers asked 3 times this week whether gloves are included or can be rented. Approve the answer in the Fix list so the assistant can reply straight away.
- 3. 14 customers asked for a lesson this week without booking; 8 of them wanted a time that was already full, even with the next free slot offered. More instructor hours at those times would win some of them back.
Privacy
Built to know what your AI did. Not who your customers are.
Ledger counts conversations, wins and cost. It has no use for a name or a phone number.
Masked at the source
Phone numbers, names, emails and card numbers are masked before anything is stored.
Each company walled off
Every table is locked to its own business. A test on every release checks no business can read another’s rows.
Transcripts gone after 90 days
Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Nothing to install on your line
Your WhatsApp number, phone line and replies stay exactly as they are. Ledger reads a copy.
The pilot
Free during the pilot. Invite only.
We open Ledger to a few businesses at a time and set each one up with them. If you are in, you get all of it, and you see your first numbers the day you connect.
Free
For the whole pilot. No card. Switch it off any time.
- No developer? The 100x team connects it with you, wins included
- A dashboard set to your AI’s job: its wins, their value, the cost of each one
- Every conversation, masked, one tap from the number it explains
- The questions your AI could not answer, listed by how often they come up
- The Monday email: your week in five numbers and three things to do
- Alerts mid-week when cost jumps or customers get stuck
How long does it take to set up?
About 5 minutes on Twilio or Vapi, with no code. In code, one line to wrap your AI client and one line for the win. Your first conversation shows up within seconds of the first message.
I’m on Twilio or Vapi with no developer. Will I see the money?
Yes. The link brings every conversation in with no code. Your bookings and payments live in your own system, so one more line sends each win to Ledger, and during the pilot the 100x team adds it with you. Support and website chat assistants are counted from the conversations alone.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Phone numbers, names, emails and card numbers are masked before anything is stored. Each business is walled off from every other one. Transcripts are deleted after 90 days. Your keys are shown once and stored only as a fingerprint.
Which tools does it work with?
WhatsApp through Twilio, phone calls through Vapi, and any AI assistant written in JavaScript or TypeScript. Anything else can send its events to one Ledger web address with a key.
Does it slow my AI down?
No. Twilio and Vapi send Ledger a copy after the fact, so your assistant answers exactly as fast as today. In code, Ledger sends in the background every two seconds and never throws an error into your app. If Ledger is ever down, your assistant carries on.
What if I’m not on Twilio?
Use the one line of code, or send events to the Ledger web address from whatever runs your assistant. Tell us what you use when you request your invite: it decides which connection we build next.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every number opens to the conversations it came from. Read them yourself. Nothing is a score out of 100: a win is a booking, a lead or an answer you can point to.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. No card, no contract, switch it off any time. Places are invite only and we set each one up with you.
Your AI worked all week.
See what it earned.
Two minutes in the live demo, no sign-up. Then request your invite and see your own numbers the day you connect.
